We begin with a personalised consultation to learn about your family, dietary requirements, meal preferences, and lifestyle. We then create a customised meal plan, prepare your meals in our registered commercial kitchen, and deliver them ready for your freezer.

Meals are delivered frozen in insulated delivery bags to ensure they remain at a safe temperature during transport. Once delivered, simply place them in your freezer and enjoy them whenever needed.

Meals can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months when kept frozen. We recommend enjoying them within this time for the best quality and flavour.

All meals are prepared in the registered commercial kitchen in the Adelaide Hills, using quality ingredients, safe food handling practices, and approved food safety procedures.
