1. About Us

Madeline's Meals provides personalised freezer meal services, including family dinners, breakfast options, lunch options, and toddler meals prepared in a registered commercial kitchen.

2. Consultations

All new clients are required to complete an initial consultation prior to placing their first order.

The consultation allows us to discuss:

  • Family size

  • Dietary requirements

  • Allergies

  • Food preferences

  • Package selection

  • Delivery arrangements

Consultation fees are credited towards a customer's first order where applicable.

Consultation fees are non-refundable if a customer chooses not to proceed with a booking.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Madeline's Meals reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline enquiries

  • Limit the number of families serviced each month

  • Adjust delivery schedules where required

Booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before meal preparation commences.

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in:

  • Delayed preparation

  • Delayed delivery

  • Cancellation of the booking

Madeline's Meals reserves the right to refuse future bookings where invoices remain unpaid.

5. Subscription & Ongoing Orders

Monthly meal plans are prepared based on information provided by the customer.

Customers wishing to:

  • Pause their service

  • Change their package

  • Cancel future orders

must provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the scheduled preparation period.

Changes requested after this period may not be possible.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for disclosing all allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, and medical conditions prior to ordering.

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to:

  • Gluten

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

  • Seafood

  • Sesame

Madeline's Meals cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers with severe allergies order at their own discretion.

7. Meal Storage & Food Safety

Meals are supplied chilled or frozen as advised.

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Prompt refrigeration or freezing

  • Correct storage

  • Following reheating instructions

Madeline's Meals accepts no responsibility for food quality, safety, or spoilage once meals have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are arranged in advance.

Customers must:

  • Be available to receive the delivery, or

  • Provide clear instructions for a safe drop-off location.

Where meals are delivered to a nominated location, responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Madeline's Meals is not responsible for:

  • Theft

  • Damage

  • Spoilage

  • Loss

after delivery has occurred.

9. Reheating Instructions

Customers are responsible for ensuring meals are reheated thoroughly before consumption.

Reheating times provided are a guide only and may vary depending on appliance type.

10. Refunds & Credits

Due to the nature of food products, refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Incorrect storage by the customer

  • Failure to follow reheating instructions

Where a genuine issue occurs, customers must notify Madeline's Meals within 24 hours of delivery.

Any refund, replacement, or credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Product Variations

As meals are prepared using fresh ingredients, variations may occur in:

  • Appearance

  • Portion presentation

  • Ingredient brands

  • Seasonal produce

These variations do not constitute a fault.

12. Promotional Offers

Promotions, discounts, and special offers:

  • Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

  • Are subject to availability

  • May be withdrawn at any time

Founding Family discounts and launch promotions apply only to eligible customers and specified booking periods.

13. Website Information

While every effort is made to ensure information on our website is accurate, Madeline's Meals reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Update menus

  • Modify services

  • Change package inclusions

without prior notice.

14. Photography & Marketing

Photographs used on our website, social media, and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes.

Actual meals may vary.

Customer photos, testimonials, and reviews will only be used with permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madeline's Meals shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, injury, cost, or expense arising from:

  • Undisclosed allergies

  • Incorrect food storage

  • Improper reheating

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected through enquiries, consultations, and bookings is used solely for:

  • Managing orders

  • Customer communication

  • Delivery arrangements

  • Business administration

Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

17. Acceptance

By submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, placing an order, or paying an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
